In 2013, he founded Dibia DREAM, an organization providing year-round STEM education to school-age children who may not have otherwise been exposed to or felt confident enough to participate in the sciences. Since its founding, thousands of students have learned how to create electricity, understand solar power, build and launch rockets, and more through Dibia DREAM alongside peers and caring, specially trained staff.

Similarly, his organization, Dibia Athletic Development, trains student-athletes as young as seven years old. Participants develop fundamental skills to strengthen their mind and body, prepare them for advanced levels of play and secure scholarship funding.

He’s continuing to make a difference and inspire youth through science with Siyanse, diverse, interactive STEM activities designed by education experts. From toddlers through adolescence, students will learn about oceanography, becoming medical doctors, build drones, wind turbines and more while connecting the dots between the classroom and careers.

His commitment to youth and impact in Miami-Dade County earned him a place in The Miami Foundation’s Miami Fellows Class IX as well as the Florida International University Emerging Leader award. An established local leader, Brandon’s efforts over the past decade garnered attention nationally from President Obama’s Council on Fitness, Black Enterprise, AT&T, and Discovery Education where he hosts Hands-On STEM.
